SCE vaulted snapshots are not seen in SC GUI

  • SnapCenter Server (SC) 4.3.1P2
  • SnapCenter Plug-In for Exchange
  • SnapMirror with Vault or mirror-vault type policy

Issue

  • SC GUI shows only local snapshots for one of the Exchange Mailbox Databases.
  • The vault section of the SC GUI for a given Mailbox Database only shows the number of snapshots and not the actual snapshots
