Missing LUNs, VMDK disks or RDM disks in SnapCenter due to duplicate entries in repository

Issue

  • LUNs, VMDK disks or RDM disks are not listed in the Hosts -> Disks page

  • Refresh Disks in Hosts -> Disks doesn't discover LUNs, VMDK disks or RDM disks.
  • SnapManagerWeb.log on SnapCenter server host shows outputs like the following example.
