Duplicate host records in SnapCenter Server GUI

Issue

Duplicate records for the same host exist in SnapCenter Server GUI - Managed Hosts tab

In an attempt to remove the false "pb4" record by using Remove-SmHost , it deletes the correct "PB4.ntua.com“ record while "pb4" is kept.
