Cannot clone after change of iSCSI nodes

Issue

After changing the node and iSCSI configuration on the storage and the Windows OS side, SnapCenter is not able to mount the clone.

the below error message is generated in the SCWDebug.log

Verbose SDW PID=[17180] TID=[18188] Failed to get disk information [<serial number>]. Please check if there is SAN connectivity between the host/hypervisor and storage controller.
