When viewing the Virtual Storage Console > Storage Systems pane, you may notice a number of 'unknown' storage systems present.  This article will explain the following concepts pertaining to 'unknown' storage system objects:

  1. How these 'unknown' storage systems are added to VSC
  2. How to remove these 'unknown' storage system entries
  3. The scenarios where you will want to skip rather than delete 'unknown' storage systems
