Issue

  • This issue occurs on a fresh reinstalled DWH on a physical server
  • After a server reboot, the Cognos admin user does not have rights to create or run reports
  • The admin users will have full rights again when you Reset Reporting Permissions/Policies via DWH Reset
  • Permissions are lost again after another reboot
