OnCommand Insight fails to restore performance archives

  • Within the OCI web interface, under Admin > Troubleshooting > Load Performance Archive,  the following error is seen:

PerformanceArchiverBean ( - Failed to load archive for date: >>Wed Jan 22 18:22:44 CET 2020<<. Error: Error restoring performance data

  • Within the archiver.log file the following error is seen:

2020-04-21 20:24:47,688 ERROR [default task-37710] ElasticCommon ( - Exception while restoring snapshot Exception while restoring snapshot
Caused by: java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: RemoteTransportException[[SESKWPRDOCI01][][cluster:admin/snapshot/restore]]; nested: IndexNotFoundException[no such index];
    at org.elasticsearch.common.util.concurrent.BaseFuture$Sync.getValue( ~[elasticsearch.jar!/:6.8.3]
