Applies to

OnCommand Insight Data Warehouse (DWH) 7.3.+

OnCommand Insight (OCI) 7.3.+

Issue

  • After restoring a backup on the OCI server, the DWH connector page shows a state of INVALID SERVER DATABASE for the connector to that OCI server.
  • ETL job fails with a similar message:

Job Name : Inventory: connector 'oci1.netapp.com', 'Jan 19, 2022 2:00 AM'

Message: Connector database has been replaced since last DWH processing. If this is intentional, reset DWH inventory (this will not delete datamarts) then process again. Note: You have to recreate the connectors.
