OnCommand Insight Data Warehouse 7.3.10 can't connect to the IBM Cognos Content Database after a Windows reboot

  • OnCommand Insight Data Warehouse is unable to connect to IBM Cognos.
  • Check to confirm in the cognosserver.log file that the DB2 user password has expired.

2020-10-31T18:21:49.876-0400 ERROR Audit.JSM [Timer-83] NA     [jcc][t4][2012][11248][4.25.23] Connection authorization failure occurred.  Reason: Password expired. ERRORCODE=-4214, SQLSTATE=28000
