Issue

  • OnCommand Insight Data Warehouse 7.3.10  installation fails to install DB2, (install path)\install_oci_dwh.log file shows the following error.

 

--ERROR------------------

  SQLSTATE          =      
  Native Error Code = -1092

[IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/NT64] SQL1092N  The requested command or operation failed because the user ID does not have the authority to perform the requested command or operation.  User ID: "Your User".

  • DB2 services get created but not started during the install.
