OnCommand Insight 7.x inventory fails with error: Certificates do not conform to algorithm constraints

Issue

The following error message is displayed on the Data Source page, after clicking "Poll Again":

The following error message is also found in the log_sample.log file of that data source:

Failed to execute request: java.security.cert.CertificateException: Certificates do not conform to algorithm constraints and specifically: Caused by: java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: Algorithm constraints check failed on signature algorithm: 1.2.840.113549.1.1.10

Note: The log_sample.log file can be found by creating an Error Report against the Data Source experiencing the issue
