How to plan a reboot of the OnCommand Insight host

Description

The OnCommand Insight (OCI)  "SANscreen Server:  service is configured with 'Automatic (Delayed Start)'.
'Automatic (Delayed Start)' by default provides 2 minutes between dependent services.

Certain environment conditions result in the default 2 minute delayed start to not be enough for Elasticsearch to start resulting in SANscreen to start in what appears to be a hung state.
Attempts to navigate to the OCU WebUI could result in 404 browser messages.

Before anything else, make sure

Use the following procedure to prevent the hung behavior when rebooting for OS patches, VMware Tools upgrades, etc.
