How to disable micro polls on EMC ScaleIO data sources in OnCommand Insight

Description

Since EMC ScaleIO storage APIs can only provide instantaneous performance metrics, the data source in NetApp OnCommand Insight (OCI) uses "micro" polls to capture these performance metrics at an interval more frequent than normal performance polls. If these more frequent micro polls are not desired, they can be effectively disabled.
