Issue

  • After installing OnCommand Insight (OCI) Service Pack 9 (SP9), all HDS G1xxx series data sources are failing performance collections, with error:

Export utility returned with an exit code of: 101 with stdout: Loading ExportTool... Missing svpip and stderr: null

  • Reviewing a collected error report, an error within the recording_export_xxxxxxx.txt is observed:

Loading ExportTool... Missing svpip
