After upgrading OnCommand Insight Data Warehouse it is running correctly, but following a reboot of the server the SANscreen service will not start

OnCommand Insight Data Warehouse (DWH) 7.3.13

Issue

  • The old DWH version is removed, and the new version is installed
  • After the restore completes the reports and ETLs are working
  • After the first reboot the SANscreen service doesn't start because the MYSQL service didn't start
  • Trying to start the MYSQL service give this error: The MySQL service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs.
