Wrong PDF report is attached to Unified Manager report email

Issue
- A PDF file attached to a report email is unable to be opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader due to error 109.
- A PDF file attached to a report email is able to be opened with Microsoft edge but the 2 report emails have the same PDF file.
