UM is unable to add Cloud ONTAP clusters behind an Elastic Load Balancer (ELB) for Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Issue

When adding Cloud ONTAP clusters to Unified Manager, the cluster add fails with a message that the cluster already exists.

Error messages similar to the one below are seen in the ocumserver.log

2018-03-01 23:24:12,422 ERROR [umadmin] [default task-56] [c.n.o.r.m.e.GlobalExceptionHandler] /rest/datasources Cluster cluster4.domain.com already exists.
