Services don't start after upgrade to ActiveIQ Unified Manager 9.7 OVA, because of java library error

Upgrade to ActiveIQ Unified Manager 9.7 OVA (UM)

Issue

  • The upgrade to UM 9.7 OVA shows successful but the services do not start.
  • On the upgrade log, located in /var/log/ocum, you can notice the below error:
