Answer

  • Yes, "+" sign is supported for AIQUM password
  • When logging in to Active IQ Unified Manager 9.7 web UI, the authentication might fail if the user password includes '+' as a special character
  • This issue affects all user types (local users and remote Active Directory users)
  • A known issue is present in only in AIQUM 9.7 and 9.7 P1
