Is it possible to get historical space utilization growth for snapshots using Active IQ Unified Manager?

Answer

Is not possible to get a historical graph that shows snapshot growth over time.

Instead it is possible to set up Scheduled reports that will contain Snapshot utilization. These reports on the long Run will provide an accurate way to see granular snapshot growth over time. 

These can be created from the Storage>Volumes>Capacity:All Volumes view.

Note: If more customization is needed on the report  , the Show/Hide feature can be used.

  1. Snapshot Growth Daily average:

    Seen under Storage>Volume Health View> Other Details

This will Displays the change (in percentage, or in KB, MB, GB, and so on) that occurs every 24 hours in the Snapshot copies in the selected volume.

2. Event generation for Snapshot reserve:

        These events can be used to set up Alerts.
