DFM vFiler migration cannot be restarted after a vFiler migration failure

Issue

After a vFiler migration, the migration cannot be restarted via the NMC

<hostname>:  The two vFiler Units '<Vfiler'(ID) AND 'Vfiler'(ID) are NOT running. Please correct if any errors reported. Refresh the source and destination information either by executing 'dfm host discover' CLI or navigate to 'Hosts > Storage Systems' page in Management Console and press 'Refresh' button. And then run 'dfpm migrate fix'.
