Cannot modify the alert configuration after upgrading Active IQ Unified Manager

Issue
- Cannot make changes to an existing alert in AIQUM.
- Within AIQUM webUI, under the Storage Management > Alert Setup > Edit the "Resources" View is blank as per screenshot below.
- When attempting to save changes the "Save" option doesn't work as per screenshot below.
