Answer

Unified Manager has support for alerting on node root volumes in the form of the 'Node Root Volume Space Nearly Full' event. At this time the threshold for the root volume cannot be directly modified. While Unified Manager will discover and alert on these volumes, they will not be displayed in the UI and the thresholds for the individual volumes cannot be modified.

If you would like to be able to:

  • Modify the threshold for node root volumes.
    • Please open a support ticket and ask that the case be added to RFE 895695
  • View Node Root Volumes in either the UI or via REST API.
    • Please open a support ticket and ask that the case be added to RFE 1279895
