Active IQ Unified Manager services not starting after successfully upgrading from 9.11 to 9.13

  • The AIQUM upgrade appears successful, but services are not starting.
  • At some point a backup of the deployments folder was created (could be caused by previous upgrades, or by AV software deleting or corrupting deployment files).
  • AIQUM receives a duplicate resource error and is unable to start the server and acquisition services.
  • This message will be seen in the server.log file
