Active IQ Unified Manager 9.7.x

Issue

  • The Active IQ Unified Manager (UM) instance does not show any EMS subscribed events in the GUI, even though it is subscribed to an EMS event that was confirmed to have been sent by the ONTAP cluster.
  • Looking at the output from netstat -an|grep "0.0.0.0:514" you will see a non-zero value in the Recv-Q field.

    Example:
Active Internet connections (servers and established)
Proto Recv-Q Send-Q Local Address Foreign Address State PID/Program name
    udp 213248 0 0.0.0.0:514 0.0.0.0:* 6984/java
