- During Admin Node Upgrade:
- Even if the admin node being updated stops due to hardware failure, the storage will continue to operate.
- Even if the admin node not being updated stops due to hardware failure, the storage will continue to operate.
- Even if one storage node stops due to hardware failure, the storage will generally continue to operate, but StorageGRID system may encounter the issues described in the following KB articles:

- There is no problem even if admin node stops due to hardware failure.
- Even if the storage node being updated stops due to hardware failure, the storage will generally continue to operate. Still, StorageGRID system may encounter the issues described in the following KB articles:
- If one storage node not being updated stops due to hardware failure (whether E5700SG or E2800), reading from storage (GET/HEAD API) is possible, but writing to storage (PUT API) will not be possible.
