Issue

  • StorageGRID node  becomes unreachable from the Grid, triggering the alert: Unable to communicate with node <node_name>
  • DDS (Distributed Data Store) and/or SSM (Server Status Monitor) service becomes unresponsive and service fails to start successfully.
