Issue

  • Password changed for Service Account used for LDAP Connection, later the LDAP Validation is getting failed due to "contact" in Active Directory:
  • From Admin Node we can see in bycast-err.log :

Dec 18 05:30:33 <Admin Node> NMS: |2023-12-18T05:30:33.382| ERROR Validation failed. Please check the values you entered for errors. The LDAP server could not be reached. Review your configuration for errors. The Federated Identity Source does not have a User ID (sAMAccountName) for '<user> - Contact': invalid unique name (MgmtApi::LocalizedValidationError)
