Issue

  • Error message through AWS command to load balancer endpoint:
    • C:\Users\USER>aws s3api --endpoint-url https://IP_Address:4343 list-buckets
    • SSL validation failed for https://IP_Address
    • [SSL:CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1125)
  • Or the following message: 
    • SSL certificate problem: unable to get issuer certificate
