StorageGRID : Pump is destroyed when using Expect header

NetApp StorageGRID 11.3 and above


Sending HTTP PUT with an Expect: 100-continue Header would occasionally fail after 60 seconds.
The first retry would succeed immediately.
  1. Initial PUT:
