Issue

StorageGRID storage node is in unknown state.

From Syslog located under /var/log in baseOS or PGE (pre-GRID environment):

Feb 17 15:42:21 StorageGRID-PGE kernel: [ 637.794056] XFS (dm-19): Mounting V5 Filesystem
Feb 17 15:42:22 StorageGRID-PGE kernel: [ 637.804628] XFS (dm-19): Ending clean mount
Feb 17 15:42:22 StorageGRID-PGE kernel: [ 637.808897] XFS (dm-19): Corruption warning: Metadata has LSN (3280:189568) ahead of current LSN (3280:181209). Please unmount and run xfs_repair (>= v4.3) to resolve.
Feb 17 15:42:22 StorageGRID-PGE kernel: [ 637.823863] XFS (dm-19): Metadata corruption detected at xfs_agi_read_verify+0x5a/0x100 [xfs], xfs_agi block 0x2
