Issue

  • StorageGRID appliance is running E-Series standard NVSRAM firmware.
  • A custom NVSRAM firmware is designed for StorageGRID appliances.
  • StorageGRID appliance SANtricity System Manager tab does not load in StorageGRID Grid manager. Additionally, the SANtricity OS cannot be upgraded via Grid Manager upgrade window.
