  • NetApp StorageGRID
  • Software release 11.5 or newer

Issue

  • Error "Unable to connect to NODE_NAME on port 22: fingerprint SSH_KEY does not match for NODE_NAME IP ADDRESS" on storage node during hotfix installation.

  • If the user attempts to SSH to the node in question from the admin node, the following error message is returned:
