Issue

  • Unable to communicate with node alert is detected to the storage node
  • Storage node is in UNKNOWN status
  • E-Series controller excLogShow reports: 
    • Code:0E LU   Condition: SOD reboot limit exceeded 
  • E-series Boot Log reports:
    • Waiting for BMC...     
    • BMC failure. Resetting BMC from primary FW. This can take a few minutes.
