How can I obtain StorageGRID Appliance Installer version 4.0

StorageGRID Appliance Installer 3.9 or older

Answer

Starting with StorageGRID 12.0, the major version of StorageGRID and the version of StorageGRID Appliance Installer are the same.  The next version of StorageGRID Appliance Installer (version 4.0) was replaced to match the naming convention of the major release (version 12.0).  

Older versions of StorageGRID Appliance Installer may reference  4.0 and should use version 12.0 instead.
