Can't find BMC API calls after upgrading StorageGRID to 11.7.0

Issue

In the StorageGRID FW 11.7.0 release, a new feature was introduced:

0043712: Provided capability to disable remote IPMI access on appliances with BMCs

However, after performing the upgrade, the BMC API call does not appear on the private API documentation page within the storage manager GUI.
