Issue

After planned maintenance involving node reboots, the StorageGRID Grid Manager UI reported multiple nodes as Offline.

  • The affected nodes and services were confirmed to be up and running.
  • The issue was observed from both the Primary Admin Node and the Secondary Admin Node.
  • The behavior indicated a status reporting discrepancy in Grid Manager after the maintenance activity.
