Issue

When performing the upgrade pre-check, it returns the following error:

The pre-check operation has detected conditions that must be addressed before upgrading. Resolve the issues listed below and click Start Upgrade or Run Prechecks to retry. Contact Technical Support for assistance in resolving these issues, if necessary.

The following issues were identified by the Disk free space precheck:
Unable to determine free space on /var/local for <NODE NAME>.

Last event : kernel: 1,772335,12132478559845,-;XFS (sda2): metadata I/O error: block 0x5a028b1 ("xlog_iodone") error 5 numblks 64
