Error message output with AccessDenied is different after 11.5 or later
  • On 11.4 and earlier

An error occurred (AccessDenied) when calling the <API> operation: Access Authorization failed.

  • On 11.5 and later

An error occurred (AccessDenied) when calling the <API> operation: Access Denied
