StorageGRID repair-data of replicated data is stuck at 99 percent

Issue

The repair-data gets stuck at 99% and state is Running.

Even after waiting several scan periods after repairs (REPA counter) on Grid Topology -> Node -> LDR -> Data Store -> Repairs Attempted  has leveled off.
