Issue

  • Support > Grid Topology > Primary Admin node > CMN > Tasks shows 99% on decommissioning erasure coding data:
The Storage Node decommission cannot complete. Ensure all nodes are running and connected. Then, review all Erasure Coding profiles in use to ensure they can still be fulfilled. As required, update the ILM policy and try again. For details about this error, check bycast.log
 
  • Bycast.log from EC leader node reports not having enough space:
 ADE: ECJM VRND | ERROR  ECJM: EcgDecomJob: '' ECG: '' VCS: '': Unable to reserve space
 ADE: ECJM VCCR | ERROR  ECJM: EcgDecomJob: '' ECG: '' VCS: '': Failed to cleanup VCS at Node:  State: '2'. VCS and storage space may be leaked.
