Issue

  • StorageGRID Swift REST API fails by HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.
  • Following error can be seen in the bycast.log of the Storage Node.

Example:

NOTICE   0062 SWRQ: Account Server responded with 504 (Client timedout when connecting to endpoint).
NOTICE   0059 SWRQ: Swift error response: RequestId=<REQUESTID>, Resource=<RESOURCE_PATH>, ErrorCode=InternalError, Details={Failed to query an account server}
