Issue

Deactivating an EC profile fails with:

Error: 500: Internal Server Error
Internal server error. The server encountered an error and could not complete your request. Try again. If the problem persists, contact Support.
Internal Error: Unable to perform EC profile empty data check

Investigating bycast.log will show:
