StorageGRID Appliance stuck in "Rebooting" status when upgrading SANtricity OS through Grid Manager

Issue

While using the Grid Manager to upgrade SANtricity OS on a StorageGRID Appliance (SGA), the upgrade status gets stuck at "Rebooting" for over one hour. Both SANtricity controllers show the upgraded version of SANtricity OS and are optimal. The SGA is still grayed out in Grid Manager and shows "Administratively Down".
