Applies to

  • StorageGRID 11.4+
  • SANtricity OS
  • StorageGRID Node (SG1000/SG6000/SG5600/SG5700)

Issue

  • While using the Grid Manager to upgrade StorageGRID software or SANtricity OS, the upgrade status gets stuck at "Rebooting" for over one hour.
  • The node is grayed out in Grid Manager and shows "Administratively Down".
    • There can be an alert This node is administratively down and has x service(s) down. A reboot might already be in progress.
  • If upgrading SANtricity, both SANtricity controllers show the upgraded version of SANtricity OS and are optimal.
