  • NetApp StorageGRID Appliances SG56xx and SG57xx
  • StorageGRID Appliance Installer firmware version 3.5
  • NetApp SANtricity OS 8.20, 8.25, or 8.30

Issue

After upgrading to StorageGRID 11.5, storage controllers may fail installation or recovery procedures with error RETCODE_INVALID_REGIONID from the Installer UI in the monitor tab.
