Issue

  • Storage node recovery stalls at Waiting for services to start
  • RSM service is stuck in Starting on one node.
  • The bycast-err.log shows:

CRITICAL: Failed to remove self from cluster during recovery

  • The servermanager.log shows:

RSM is not ready because there is no cluster or the cluster has no leader

  • The raft.log shows tocommit(12) is out of range errors:
