How access to FabricPool data on StorageGRID is impacted by MetroCluster failover?

Answer

In the event of a complete site A failure, FabricPool will read/write to the mirror buckets in site B.

Even if storage pool and region are configured to force data to be stored in the desired site, it does not break global namespace access from another site, unless IP based restriction are configured in the bucket policy, buckets will be accessible from another site as long as both StorageGRID sites are running.
 
Note that data will be served cross WAN (though MCC should be low latency) if it is accessed from another data center.
