Answer

  • Verify the size of each object and the ILM (Information Lifecycle Management) policy configured. 
  • If the ILM policy is configured to 1MB, then the end users should split any file that is greater than or equal to 1MB. 
  • If the file is less than 1MB, then the end user should modify the size accordingly before sending the file.
