Upgrading to StorageGRID 11.8 on the primary admin node appears hung

  • Upgrading StorageGRID 11.7 to 11.8
  • StorageGRID primary admin node

Issue

  • Performing StorageGRID upgrade to 11.8.0.6 from 11.7.0.11. On starting upgrade Primary admin node started but has not returned any further output and appears to have hung.
  • Hasn't progressed past "Starting the upgrade. This may take a few minutes" screen.
  • The only error seen in /var/local/log/upgrade.log of Primary admin node the message
