Issue

When attempting to upgrade StorageGRID software from 11.9 to 12.0, the following messages may be returned during the Swift Tenants/LB Endpoints pre-check:

  • Swift tenants detected. Delete all Swift tenant accounts before trying again.
  • Load balancer endpoints for Swift detected. Delete all Swift related load balancer endpoints before trying again.
